Abstract: Men ke qing Coal mine of temporary reservoir into a permanent transfer pool need reinforcement design, according to the water storage requirements of the transfer pool and design data，in this paper, the dam axis of transfer pool and dam type has carried on the arrangement and selection，for the dam foundation treatment, on the dam structure design, built on the bottom of the transfer pool, transfer pool of reinforcement design in storage capacity meet the requirements. Meanwile to waste material coal gangue as the main filling materials to reinforce the transfer pool, using waste treat waste, not only can make full use of waste resources, change waste material into things of value,but also can reduce coal gangue harm to the environment, with the very good application prospect, this will provide reference for similar projects.
